Read the latest update on June 15, 2020 – Chisel Reopens Office
The original update published on March 17, 2020:
Given the progression of the COVID-19 pandemic, our team has decided to temporarily close the Chisel office in order to do our part in social distancing and keep our members, team, and clients safe and healthy. Our office doors will be locked and our staff will begin teleworking, effective immediately and lasting at least until Friday, March 27, with updates to come.
We are in communication with our members about their accounts, which will be frozen and discounted. Members with 24-hour key cards may still access the office if necessary while we are closed. Members without key cards may schedule a time to retrieve any items or mail with our Community Manager.
Chisel encourages everyone to seek information from official authorities (such as Fairfax County or the World Health Organization) and to consider implementing your own social distancing measures. When planning your daily activities, remember that you can play a role in the health of your local community.
While the physical office is closed, our staff remains available to answer our office phone line, as well as any emails or messages we receive. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
